Grades are very important to students. These are the reflections on their performances in school. Pupils do their best just to get satisfactory and even high grades.
Our teacher in Chemistry told us that we’ll having a chapter test on Friday (Sept. 13). Fortunately, I’m one of the SCIDAMA players (a board game like DAMA where the concept of Science in involved) that’s why we’re excused to have elimination on that day. It is my friend who told me about the “unwanted things” happened during the examination. Because most of the examiners said that the test is “DIFFICULT”, they get a periodic table as well as books, notes and other resources where they can get information. It is clear that my “classmates” cheated.
It is a sad thing for us SCIDAMA players who tried our best to answer the said examination. From the start that our teacher discussed these lessons, we’re excused to be train in SCIDAMA. It only means that we study our lessons all by ourselves. And also, we don’t cheat during the test.
Two of my classmates (I don’t want to tell their name because it’s too confidential) made a letter, stated there what happened on the examination day and who are the persons cheated.
I‘m still waiting what will be the outcome of this “anomaly.” I hope that my classmates who “cheated” we’ll have a conscience and tell honestly to our teacher what really happened. IT IS BETER TO LOSE FACE THAN TO BE DISHONEST.
